1. ONLINE SHOP CONDITIONS

If you are a consumer in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt (statutory cooling-off period), unless an exception applies. SUNVARIS voluntarily extends this window to a full 30 days for added peace of mind.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (such as consequential loss, loss of profit, or data loss) arising from use of the site or Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

We may update these Terms. The most recent version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND INFORMAL RESOLUTION

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@sunvaris.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

If your complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may also have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. UK consumers can also access the UK Government's online dispute resolution guidance for further information.
